1. Delivery Methods
Nexopro uses two types of delivery services:
1.1 Nexopro In-House Delivery
We attempt to deliver all orders through our own delivery team wherever service is available.
This ensures:
- Faster delivery
- Better handling of products
- Direct communication with customers
1.2 Third-Party Logistics Partners
If your location is not serviced by our team or during peak times, we use trusted courier partners such as:
- Delhivery
- Professional Couriers
- DTDC
- Blue Dart
- India Post
- or any other reliable logistics providers
The choice of courier depends on your location and service availability.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on:
- Product type
- Your location
- Courier availability
- Order volume

3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking number
- You can track your shipment on nexopro.in or the courier partner’s website
- For in-house delivery, our team may contact you directly for coordination
5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailability
The order may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Delivery Restrictions
We may not be able to deliver to certain:
- Remote areas
- Restricted zones
- Locations with limited courier access
If delivery is not possible:
- You will be informed
- You may choose another address
- Or receive a full refund
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Notify us within 24 hours at support@nexopro.in
- Provide images/video of the package
If the courier loses the package:
- We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution
- A replacement or refund will be provided as applicable
Delays due to third-party logistics are outside Nexopro’s direct control, but we assist until resolved.
8. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
COD may not be available in all regions.
The availability depends on:
- Courier partner serviceability
- Order value limits
- Product category
Some orders may require advance confirmation.
9. Address Changes
You may request a shipping address change before the order is shipped.
After dispatch, address change depends entirely on the courier partner’s policies.
