1. Delivery Methods

Nexopro uses two types of delivery services:


1.1 Nexopro In-House Delivery

We attempt to deliver all orders through our own delivery team wherever service is available.

This ensures:

  1. Faster delivery
  2. Better handling of products
  3. Direct communication with customers


1.2 Third-Party Logistics Partners

If your location is not serviced by our team or during peak times, we use trusted courier partners such as:

  1. Delhivery
  2. Professional Couriers
  3. DTDC
  4. Blue Dart
  5. India Post
  6. or any other reliable logistics providers

The choice of courier depends on your location and service availability.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on:

  1. Product type
  2. Your location
  3. Courier availability
  4. Order volume

3. Shipping Charges

If applicable, shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  1. You will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking number
  2. You can track your shipment on nexopro.in or the courier partner’s website
  3. For in-house delivery, our team may contact you directly for coordination


5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  1. Wrong address
  2. Unreachable phone number
  3. Customer unavailability

The order may be returned to us.

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.


6. Delivery Restrictions

We may not be able to deliver to certain:

  1. Remote areas
  2. Restricted zones
  3. Locations with limited courier access

If delivery is not possible:

  1. You will be informed
  2. You may choose another address
  3. Or receive a full refund


7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours at support@nexopro.in
  2. Provide images/video of the package

If the courier loses the package:

  1. We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution
  2. A replacement or refund will be provided as applicable

Delays due to third-party logistics are outside Nexopro’s direct control, but we assist until resolved.


8. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

COD may not be available in all regions.

The availability depends on:

  1. Courier partner serviceability
  2. Order value limits
  3. Product category

Some orders may require advance confirmation.


9. Address Changes

You may request a shipping address change before the order is shipped.

After dispatch, address change depends entirely on the courier partner’s policies.
