This Return Policy explains when and how you can return products purchased on nexopro.in.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or broken product
- The product is wrong or different from what you ordered
- The product is missing parts/accessories
- You received an expired item (for applicable categories)
- The product is not as described on the website
Returns must be requested within the allowed return window mentioned on the product page (typically 7–10 days from delivery).
2. Conditions for Successful Return
To be eligible, the returned product must be:
- In its original condition
- With all original accessories, tags, manuals, and box
- Without any damage or signs of use by the customer
- Properly packed for courier pickup
If the product shows misuse, damage, or tampering, the return may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Products

4. Return Process
Step 1 — Initiate Request
Submit a return request through:
- Your Nexopro account, or
- Email support@nexopro.in
Include your order ID and reason for return.
Step 2 — Pickup Arrangement
A courier partner will be scheduled to pick up the item.
Pickup availability depends on your location.
Step 3 — Product Inspection
After the item reaches our warehouse/seller:
- It will be inspected
- Return will be approved or rejected based on its condition
If rejected, the product may be sent back to you.

6. Replacement Policy
If a replacement option is available:
- You may choose to replace instead of refund
- Replacement is possible only for the same product
- If unavailable, you will receive a refund
7. Return Pickup Guidelines
Ensure:
- Product is packed safely
- Original box and accessories are included
- Courier personnel can inspect the item if required
If pickup fails due to customer unavailability or improper packing, the return may be delayed.
8. Return Rejection Reasons
Your return may be rejected if:
- Product is used or damaged by the customer
- Missing original packaging/accessories
- Wrong product sent during return
- Product returned is different from what was delivered
- Serial number/IMEI does not match
