Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nexopro.

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel orders placed on nexopro.in and how refunds will be processed.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer


1.1 Before Order is Shipped

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped.

In this case:

  1. A full refund will be issued
  2. Refund will be processed to your original payment method or Nexopro Wallet

To cancel, go to My Orders → Select Order → Click Cancel Order

or email us at support@nexopro.in.


1.2 After Order is Shipped

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

However, you can:

  1. Reject the order at delivery, or
  2. Request a return after delivery (based on return eligibility)

Refund will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected.


2. Cancellation by Nexopro

We may cancel an order in the following cases:

  1. Product is out of stock or unavailable
  2. Incorrect pricing or product information
  3. Payment issues or incomplete transactions
  4. Suspected fraud or unusual activity
  5. Delivery restrictions to your location

If Nexopro cancels your order:

  1. You will be notified via email/SMS
  2. A full refund will be issued immediately


3. Refund Timeline After Cancellation

After a cancellation is confirmed:

COD OrdersRefund to bank or wallet within 3–5 days

Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.


4. Partial Order Cancellation

If only certain items in an order are cancelled:

  1. Refund will be issued only for the cancelled items
  2. Shipping charges may adjust based on remaining items


5. Non-Cancellable Products

Some products cannot be cancelled once ordered, including:

  1. Made-to-order or customized items
  2. Perishable or consumable goods
  3. Digital products/services after activation
  4. Items marked Non-Cancellable on the product page


6. How to Request a Cancellation


You can cancel using any of the following methods:


Option 1 — Through Your Account

  1. Log in
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the order
  4. Click Cancel Order
