We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for orders placed on nexopro.in.


1. Eligibility for Refund


You may be eligible for a refund if:

  1. You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  2. The product you received is different from the description/image on the website
  3. Your order was cancelled before shipping
  4. The seller/Nexopro is unable to deliver the product

Refunds are issued only after the product is returned and inspected (if applicable).


2. Non-Refundable Items


Refunds are not provided for:

  1. Items damaged due to customer misuse
  2. Products returned without original packaging/accessories
  3. Items marked Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable
  4. Personal use items (for hygiene reasons), such as:
  5. Innerwear
  6. Beauty & personal care products
  7. Health & hygiene related items
  8. Digital products or services after activation


3. Refund Process


Step 1 — Submit a Return/Refund Request

You must submit a request within the allowed return window (usually 7–10 days depending on product category).


Step 2 — Product Inspection

After pickup/return delivery, our team will check the product for:

  1. Condition
  2. Packaging
  3. Accessories
  4. Damage or tampering


Step 3 — Approval or Rejection

Refund will be approved only if the product meets return/refund conditions.

If rejected, the product may be sent back to you.


4. Refund Timeline

After approval, refunds are issued within:

5. Refund Methods

Refunds may be issued to:

  1. Original payment method
  2. Bank account (for COD orders)
  3. Nexopro Wallet / Store Credit

Refund mode depends on the payment method used during purchase.


6. Order Cancellation Refunds

If the order is cancelled:

  1. Before shipping: Full refund is issued
  2. After shipping: Refund is issued only after the item is returned

Shipping charges may not be refundable in some cases.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/wallet statement
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
