This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for orders placed on nexopro.in.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- The product you received is different from the description/image on the website
- Your order was cancelled before shipping
- The seller/Nexopro is unable to deliver the product
Refunds are issued only after the product is returned and inspected (if applicable).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not provided for:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products returned without original packaging/accessories
- Items marked Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable
- Personal use items (for hygiene reasons), such as:
- Innerwear
- Beauty & personal care products
- Health & hygiene related items
- Digital products or services after activation
3. Refund Process
Step 1 — Submit a Return/Refund Request
You must submit a request within the allowed return window (usually 7–10 days depending on product category).
Step 2 — Product Inspection
After pickup/return delivery, our team will check the product for:
- Condition
- Packaging
- Accessories
- Damage or tampering
Step 3 — Approval or Rejection
Refund will be approved only if the product meets return/refund conditions.
If rejected, the product may be sent back to you.
4. Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds are issued within:

5. Refund Methods
Refunds may be issued to:

- Bank account (for COD orders)
- Nexopro Wallet / Store Credit
Refund mode depends on the payment method used during purchase.
6. Order Cancellation Refunds
If the order is cancelled:
- Before shipping: Full refund is issued
- After shipping: Refund is issued only after the item is returned
Shipping charges may not be refundable in some cases.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank/wallet statement
- Contact your bank/payment provider
